Details:
The job of a care assistant is to provide assistance to individuals who have difficulty performing daily activities.
The role is community-based and involves working with vulnerable adults, the elderly, or people with physical or learning disabilities.
Care assistants work under the direction of the Clinical Director, Client Service Manager, and Client Supervisors. They are responsible for the safe and professional delivery of personal and practical care assistance to service users.

Eligibility:
- To be eligible for the position of care assistant, the candidate must have a minimum Fetac Level 5/QQI qualification or a relevant healthcare discipline.
- They should have at least two years of experience in home care, nursing home care, or an acute setting.
- Experience in care of the elderly or care of people with disabilities is desirable.
- The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Level B1) and a full clean Irish/EU driving license.
