UCL Global Masters Scholarship

Details:

The UCL Global Masters Scholarship is a program that aims to assist international students from low-income backgrounds in pursuing full-time master’s degree studies at UCL by providing financial support. The scholarship offers a £15,000 grant that can be utilized for tuition fees and maintenance expenses during one academic year.

UCL Scholarships for International Students Postgraduate Requirements:

Prospective students who are eligible to pay the overseas fee rate and have submitted a complete admission application for a full-time master’s degree program at UCL in the 2023/24 academic year are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Distance-learning options are not eligible for this fund. The scholarship is awarded based on financial need and upon the recommendation of the Student Funding Office.

Eligibility:

Candidates must be from any country outside the UK and come from a lower income background. UCL defines household income, and guidance on this can be found on their essential information page.

To apply for the scholarship, candidates must have submitted a complete admission application to UCL, including the submission of references.

UCL Global Masters Scholarships For International Students

Benefits:

The scholarship provides a £15,000 bursary for one academic year, and there are up to 75 scholarships available in 2023/24, including five aimed specifically at students from India.

The scholarship beneficiary can enjoy its benefits alongside other scholarships, studentships, awards, or bursaries. If the full-time program is two years, the scholarship will be paid 50% in each year.
