  • Normally residing in England.
  • Having resided in the UK, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man for three consecutive years before the first day of the first academic year of the course (temporary absences like holidays are exempt).
  • Alternatively, being a refugee, having humanitarian protection, or being a stateless person, along with their family members.
